Event FAQ
I haven’t received my ticket. Will it be couriered to me? There is no physical ticket. Your order number is what you need to bring with you to the event. The registration desk with validate your purchase
Where can I park? Parking at each venue is subject to availability. Paid parking is available at all venues.
Will the cafe serve halaal food? Unfortunately not. The cookie which is part of the TaeJin bundle is halal.
I am under 13. Can I come alone? Unfortunately not. Please be escorted by an older friend, sibling or adult.
I am vaccinated. Do I need to wear a mask? To ensure everyone’s safety at the event, strict protocols will be in place. Attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated to attend. While vaccination isn’t mandatory, wearing a mask is to ensure entry and participation. Anyone not willing to wear a mask will not be permitted to enter the event.
Can I sell my fan-made merch at the event? No. Anyone caught selling merchandise will be asked to leave immediately. Vendors will be at each venue selling a variety of BTS related items.
Will the event take walk-ins? We are working with each coffee shop and their capacity, as well as COVID requirements. We have a waiting list for cancellations.
