Refund and Returns Policy
We host pop-up stores, charity donation drives and in-person events from time to time. No refunds will be issued on donations made for charity drives.
Event ticket purchases are non-refundable as stated in the description of the item. Once a sale is confirmed, it’s final. If you are under the age of 18 and require a parent’s consent to purchase an event ticket, please do so before making a purchase.
If you purchased an item in a pop-up store, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@btsarmyza.com. Alternatively, we will process a refund. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for items purchased in a pop-up store after 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where in South Africa you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if posted via the South African post office.
Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We take no responsibility for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. Any items that have been returned to us due to the incorrect shipping addresses supplied will be held until shipping is paid to resend the item(s).
